Our one bedroom Villas include a separate bedroom with a king size bed and a living area with a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, private terrace and complete bathroom featuring marble countertops and rain-showers. Our 700 sq ft accommodates up to 3 guests comfortably. On site a beautiful pool area and a Yoga Deck where we offer daily yoga classes per for an extra fee. We are located off the main road, only 200 meters from the beach and close to the best shops and restaurants in town.

The cottage is made with antics what gives it his unique warm touch, no tree had to be cut to make it. The property was completely reforested in the last 30 years.

We are right in the heart of town with immediate access to one of the best surf breaks, Shakti is in a beautiful jungle setting, 100 meters to the beach. Playa Carmen, beach,is a 5 minute walk. Superb location!! Jungle setting, yet right in town, close to all the restaurants, grocery shopping and surf shops. Well equipped kitchen, spacious pool, orthopedic beds, quality sheets and towels, all you need to feel at home.

Casa Mirador-Ocean View

Casa Mirador is located a few minutes up the hill from Montezuma. It is very close to the trail to the upper water fall and is about a 20 minute walk down to town. It has a fantastic view, great breezes and a pool that is shared with Casa Tranquila. It has a full kitchen and a washing machine. Casa Mirador is an upstairs apartment with your own entrance. Our caretakers live in the downstairs apartment.
