Lavrio city is easily accessible, less than 4 mins by car. The surrounding area boasts stunning beaches. Possibility of direct contact with the natural environment and its exploration. A short path to beaches.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη τοποθεσία, στη μέση ενός λόφου, 5 μόλις λεπτά από την παραλία των Ποισσών με μεταφορικό μέσο (μισή ώρα με τα πόδια) και 15 λεπτά από την Χώρα (Ιουλίδα), πρωτεύουσα του νησιού.
