Μας πήρε χρόνο, πολύ ενέργεια, τόνους έμπνευσης και πολύ μεράκι για να γίνει όπως το φανταστήκαμε και να το μοιραστούμε μαζί σας! Αυτό που πρέπει να γνωρίζετε είναι ότι εδώ θα έχετε την απόλυτη ελευθερία και ιδιωτικότητα σε ένα κτήμα 24στρ., σε απόσταση 1χλμ από την παραλία Παχύς. Βάζουμε το "παραδοσιακό" στη φιλοξενία... το μόνο που μένει είναι να την απολαύσετε!

"Seashell2” is a 46 sq.m. apartment in Skala Maries village of Thassos. It is located in the heart of the village and 50-60 m away from the main beach. In a very close distance there is a super market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop. There is also easy parking near the apartment. In addition, at a very short distance (150-200 m.) there is easy access to two more beaches of the village. We are at your disposal for information and any serve you want.

Πολυ κοντα υπαρχει φουρνος,καφε, mini market,καταστηματα. Η θαλασσα ειναι στα 250 μετρα με τα ποδια, πολυ ευκολη προσβαση με δρομο χωρις ανηφορες ή σκαλες. Το σπιτι ειναι ολοκαίνουριο, υπερσύγχρονο κατασκευης 2024. Στα μπαλκονια υπαρχουν τεντες για σκιαση.

Η απόσταση από την παραλία "Πλατάνες", στην οποία βρίσκεται το Aquapark Maries είναι 100 μέτρα, ενώ η παραλία "Ατσπάς" είναι στα 900 μέτρα.
