There is a twin room downstairs and queen bedroom on the mezzanine next to another living space with a futon sofa bed. Outside seating areas front and back. Wake up to see ducks and swans on the water - a truly relaxing and secluded place to unwind.

All day sun in this cosy 60's townhouse. A minute stroll to our beautiful surf beach with a great walking track at the south end. Wander to the local sports clubs, takeaways, TBay Cafe, superettes and local RSA. 5 minutes by car to Pataka Art + Museum and Te Rauparaha Arena. 20 minutes by car to Wgtn and the Ferry Terminal. Wgtn city is compact and an easy walk to great eateries, coffee roasters, craft beer brewery's, boutique wine bars, the Sky Stadium and of course Te Papa.

Free wifi, cleaning and breakfast. My place is close to a beautiful, sandy and family beach. The house has a large three level deck with plenty of room for families and friends. It is a short walk to great local cafes/restaurants, a bakery and two well stocked dairies. Continental breakfast provisions provided for all guests. Linen, towels and beach towels provided free of charge. Our cleaner sorts the house after the stay and changes all the beds.
