Luxury at the Beach

A modern two story home only 200 meters walk to the beach. Two large living areas are on the entry level along with a generous kitchen equipped with all you need to prepare dinner including a well stocked pantry which you can use. There is a small bathroom on this level. All the bedrooms plus a large bathroom are downstairs - the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. All bed linen and towels are supplied. Just 15 minutes walk down the beach to the cafe's and bars plus a mini supermarket.

A Waterside retreat - Waikanae Beach

A characterful and private cottage overlooking Waimanu lagoon with views to the Tarurua Ranges inland. Just a short walk will take you to Waikanae's long sandy beach, the river estuary, cycle tracks and river walks. Accommodation includes a twin room downstairs next to the bathroom, queen bedroom on the mezzanine and another living space with a futon sofa bed. Outside seating areas front and back. Wake up to see ducks and swans on the water - a truly relaxing and secluded place to unwind.

Our two bedroom unit is totally self-contained. It adjoins our home but has its own entranceway and is quite private. You will have access to the whole unit – two bedrooms, lounge room, kitchen and bathroom. There are also three private deck areas for your use. This is our Bach we have set up to enjoy with our family and friends. If you would like to use it for a weekend or short stays get in touch with us. (Free Wifi). It is a 2 minute walk to the beach. A bach is a small, often very modest holiday home or beach house. Baches are an iconic part of New Zealand history and culture, especially in the middle of the 20th century, where they symbolised the beach holiday lifestyle that was becoming more accessible.

Free wifi, cleaning and breakfast. My place is close to a beautiful, sandy and family beach. The house has a large three level deck with plenty of room for families and friends. It is a short walk to great local cafes/restaurants, a bakery and two well stocked dairies. Continental breakfast provisions provided for all guests. Linen, towels and beach towels provided free of charge. Our cleaner sorts the house after the stay and changes all the beds.
