Welcome to a more than 170-year-old Istrian stone house in which, despite having been renovated in 2022, you can find architectural details and nuances from the past, in 2 apartments. During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

Willkommen in diesem mehr als 150 Jahre alten istrischen Steinhaus, das im Jahr 2024 komplett restauriert wurde. Das Haus liegt auf dem Land in einer kleinen Siedlung bei Sv. Peter in der Nähe von Portorož und ist von Olivenhainen umgeben. Zusätzliche Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für eine zweite Reisegruppe gewünscht? Nov apartma, več kot 60 kvadratnih metrov, 3 km do Portoroža, 82 metrov nadmorske višine. Primerno za počitek ali aktivne počitnice. Vila obnovljena septembra 2019. Obkrožena je z nasadom oljk-125 dreves. Apartma ima vso opremo za bivanje in spanje za 4-5 ljudi. Goste sprejemamo osebno.
