Bem vindo à praia de Carcavelos! Sou a Claudia e remodelei este apartamento a 1 min da praia para famílias e grupos de amigos. Tem 3 quartos com 2 camas cada para 6 hóspedes dormirem confortavelmente. Com Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, jogos e brinquedos. A 12 min a pé da estação de comboios para Lisboa. Localizado numa praça com restaurantes e supermercado. Ideal para férias na praia, surf, ou lazer com amigos e família. Estou sempre disponível para qualquer dúvida antes e durante a estadia, até breve!

Avencas Beach House - Ocean View

The Avencas Beach House is an apartment located on the first line of the sea, opposite the Avencas beach and with a fabulous view over the ocean. It is 20 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Cascais. It consists of a bedroom with two beds (can be converted into a double bed), a living room with full open concept kitchen with a double sofa bed and a W.C. complete with shower and washing machine and dryer. There are several restaurants, cafés, wine houses, available within walking distance.

A pleasant space full of light, near the train station (2 minutes), 7-minute walk to the beach, with complete amenities, including air conditioning, WiFi and TV. Close to the supermarket (150 mts) and other commerce. Halfway between Cascais and Lisbon (15 minutes away in each direction). Important Notice: Since the municipality of Cascais started to charge a touristic tax of 4 euros/night/person, up to 7 nights (under 13 exempt) and the platform cannot charge it, I have to ask you directly.

Fully equipped one bedroom apartment for two. Located in Carcavelos, this is the perfect location to explore Lisbon, Sintra and Estoril/ Cascais. The apartment is in a quiet residential area and within walking distance of the best surfing beach around, with long stretches of golden sand. Renovated in 2020, the apartment has 1 bedroom and en-suite bathroom, open plan kitchen (fully equipped), dining and living space and a sunny balcony. All the appliances in the apartment are electrical.

It is 2 min walk from Carcavelos Beach, 2 min from Riviera Shopping Center (with supermarket, pharmacy, laundry and other stores) and 3 min from Carcavelos Tennis and Padel Club.
