L'appartamento che puo ospitare da 1 a 6 persone è composto da camera da letto biancheria inclusa, camera con due letti, cucina soggiorno con divano letto due posti. La cucina è attrezata con frigo, piano cottura quattro fuochi, lavello, stoviglie detersivi. Bagno con doccia e biancheria inclusa. L'appartamento ha una terrazza attrezzata di tavolo con sedie, lavello, stendibiancheria. Compreso area parcheggio. Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro dove si trovano negozi, bar, ristoranti e naturalmenti il bellissimo mare di Tropea.

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Roof top terrace features outdoor shower with beautiful tiles, bbq and lounge area.

In front of the apartment there is a beautiful garden with table and chairs where you can relax and have a candle light dinner.The apartment is also provided with private parking.

Il nostro palazzo si trova in centro storico nella zona ZTL (le strade di accesso sono molto strette per le macchine grandi .) con affaccio "mozzafiato " direttamente sul meraviglioso mare e la spiaggia Marina dell’ Isola el isole Eolie La casa ha muri di pietra con archi e travi a vista .Zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dal corso principale, dal Duomo e dalle scale che portano alla spiaggia sottostante. Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.
