Dependance on the sea@Villa Giada

As a part of the Bed&Breakfast Villa Giada, you can find our Dependance Melograno. The Dependance is composed by an unique space, not considering the bathroom. You can find one bedroom, can sleep 4, private bathroom, kitchenette with all the facilities, Wifi, Tv sat, Air Con. It also has a private terrace, furnished with table and chairs, where you can eat or relax, litterally 2 metres from the sea. Being inside Villa Giada, Melograno is sorrounded by a fantastic lushed mediterranean garden, in witch you can relax and enjoy the silence and the coolness of the shade. In the maintime, you are not far from Tropea, its shops and restaurants and bars! you just have to walk for 10 minutes, and you are there!

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

A circa 500m dal centro del borgo di Tropea (7 minuti a piedi) dove soffermarsi tra i vicoli tipici che portano agli affacci panoramici e alla Cattedrale oppure raggiugere le spiagge del Santuario dell'Isola. 2 camere da letto e disponibilità di letto singolo o culla aggiuntivi, cucina soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, terrazzo esterno vista mare.

Appartamento situato nel centro storico di Tropea, piazzetta Antico Sedile. La sua posizione consente di vivere La superba Tropea senza utilizzare alcun veicolo e senza rinunciare al tranquillo riposo notturno. A due minuti a piedi le scalinate che portano in spiaggia. L'alloggio ha due camere doppie con balcone, di cui una con letto matrimoniale; entrambe con aria condizionata e televisore. Oltre al bagno, è presente un' amplia zona giorno con wi-fi, angolo cottura, microonde e lavatrice.

Recently renovated, the house is spacious and comfortable. It is located in the center of Parghelia (a town 2 km far from Tropea, "Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea") at a short distance from beautiful beaches, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, minimarket, pharmacy, train station, car rental. The house is on two levels, it is completed by a little garden with the possibility of a small outdoor space for the exclusive use of guests. Central but quiet area, you can park your car in front of the house.

Il nostro palazzo si trova in centro storico nella zona ZTL (le strade di accesso sono molto strette per le macchine grandi .) con affaccio "mozzafiato " direttamente sul meraviglioso mare e la spiaggia Marina dell’ Isola el isole Eolie La casa ha muri di pietra con archi e travi a vista .Zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dal corso principale, dal Duomo e dalle scale che portano alla spiaggia sottostante. City Tax not included 1,5 Euros per night per person to be paid in cash upon arrival .

The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

Il mio alloggio è vicino alle bianche spiagge di Tropea e Zambrone rinomate località turistiche della provincia di Vibo Valentia. Numerosi sono i ristoranti e le pizzerie nei dintorni dove degustare le specialità della zona. Le strade che si percorrono per giungervi offrono splendide viste panoramiche delle Isole Eolie e di sera si possono apprezzare le luci della città di Tropea. L'alloggio è adatto per le coppie e le famiglie.
