Welcome to our Vegas Condo at Palms Place! Part of the Palms Hotel you get all of the amenities of the Casino with your stay. Elevated Strip views, marble bathroom, king bed add to the amenities. Palms Place has a private pool with a restraunt & bar, gym or you can walk to the Casino via a private corridor for gambling, dinner or go to shows! A 5 min Uber gets you to the Strip, TMobile Arena, Allegiant Stadium and more. We hope you enjoy your stay and look forward to hearing from you.

Palms 53rd floor strip view

1 floor below the Penthouse level is the 53rd Floor Strip View. Palms 🌴maids now charge $153 cleaning fee starting Jan 1, 2026. Plus a Deposit for the hotel is required. $100 ea day. (We are not allowed to use our own maids at a cheaper cost.) 1.2 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. Fully furnished, I installed an 85 in Fire TV, across from the king bed, with sleeper sofa, a rainfall shower, jetted tub, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

VDARA Suite • No Resort Fee, Walk to Bellagio/ARIA

Stay at the luxurious Vdara condo on the 25th floor, featuring a king bed and a sofa bed. Enjoy complimentary valet parking and access to all Vdara facilities with no resort fees. A $100 deposit is required per day. Note: Early check-in and late checkout are not available, but a cloakroom is provided for luggage storage. Its prime location between Bellagio and ARIA ensures easy access to entertainment and dining options.
