We are located one block from the 900 South TRAX stop for the red, blue and green lines leading: Downtown, Gallivan Center, Delta Center, Gateway, Courthouse, City Creek Mall, Temple Square, Salt Lake City International Airport, Salt Palace, Fairpark, City Library, Trolley Square, University of Utah Campus, University Medical Center. Our hot tubs are serviced daily for your use only. This quaint Victorian-style duplex is located on a private, quiet dead-end street. No one is above or below you!

Charming cottage in the heart of Sugarhouse. New kitchen, wood floors. Private back yard, covered parking. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the U of U, Westminster College, & ski resorts. We allow pets, with a $50/pet fee. It is not permitted to leave pets outside unattended. Thanks for being considerate! Full disclosure: It has toilet, tub/shower and sink, but the bathroom is pretty small and tight! Check-in instructions provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

The Caretaker's Cottage is a cozy house located next to a pasture and between two small streams in the middle of historic London Spring Ranch. Close proximity to Utah Highway 40 allows for quick access to Heber City, Midway and Park City as well as surrounding lakes and ski resorts. In the spring and summer, guests have the opportunity to tour the original dairy barn. There is a small, fenced patio and yard attached to the cottage.
