Location! Location! Location! Built in 2016 our home is nestled in the Ottawa Beach Historic District just steps from both Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa. You can't beat our location with access to beaches, marinas, bike paths, Mt. Pisgah Dune boardwalk and more. The area is your playground! The guest suite offers a private entrance, two bedrooms (2 twins and a queen), a full bath, a sitting area with smart TV, coffee pot and mini-fridge and heat/AC in a superb location near the beaches.

On The Bay is nestled within a quaint neighborhood of 100 year old lake cottages and million dollar homes. See my photo of the terrific playground right across the street. Downtown Holland is only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find remarkable clothing stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby with trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park. Bedroom #1 is a queen bed, #2 a full bed on bottom & twin on top. Lakeshore Haven - Near beaches, biking & bonfires

Our cozy, yet spacious cottage has everything for a relaxing getaway - lots of individual areas to retreat to and loads of lounging/seating space for groups to connect inside and out. There are board games, three large TVs with Netflix and cable, a firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Outdoor activities nearby: mountain biking, road biking, running on paved paths directly in front of the house, hiking and more!. This house is 3k sq ft (we host a 4k sq ft. space nearby, "Haven Woods").

A lovely Relaxing and Comfortable Cottage with beautiful Michigan Woods as your back yard. There are so many things to do in this beautiful town on Lake Michigan; walking the many sandy beaches, hiking and biking, to shopping in Holland's many boutique and vintage stores... But once you enter the Cottage, you may never want to leave... Our Sunlit cottage is conveniently located just a mile away from Tunnel Beach and Riley beach, close to biking and walking paths and downtown Holland.

Holland itself has so much to offer with its boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants and of course beautiful beaches on Lake Michigan. We are less than 8 miles from Holland State Park and so close to other Lake Shore attractions. Saugatuck is only 11 miles away, Grand Haven a 23 mile drive, and 29 miles from Grand Rapids, making this a very desirable location!
