The cottage is self contained and is a well designed space that accommodates a queen sized bed, bathroom and a separate study and is set in an enchanting cottage garden. The well equipped kitchen is in a separate space though part of the cottage and is accessed by its own door from the decking, so you don't have far to go. In the morning lorikeets and other wild birds come to feed and you will be awoken to the romantic sound of birdsong. During spring and summer the garden is at its loveliest.

Centrally located, across the road from the South Melbourne Markets, walking distance to the Albert Park Lake and a quick tram trip to the CBD. Please note- no TV, so bring devices if needed.

BEACH, gas log-fire & Netflix - with a spa bath to soak in. This apartment has aircon for summer & a gas log fire for winter. Sunny Hampton garden guesthouse

Our guests rave about this cute little guest house! A private garden entrance with your own sunny outdoor space, cosy queen bedroom with sunny window seat, a sitting room with Netflix, study space and a bathroom so good it was in a bathroom catalog!
