Private Lakefront Cabin 15 minutes north of Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island. This Cabin is beautiful in all Seasons and has full amenities. There is two bedrooms with Queen beds, and a kids bunk room has 3 single beds. One Bathroom with a Shower. A large main room with fireplace. Cabin is situated above a lovely stretch of beach, a perfect spot to catch the sun or launch your kayak or canoe. Enjoy quiet days paddling, fishing or swimming on this non-power lake or explore the wooded trails.

Top floor of cottage on the ocean with view across the straits to Nanaimo/Vancouver Island. Short ferry ride from the mainland. Located on the Sunshine Coast with incredible natural attractions and scenery. Ocean access directly in front of cottage. Skookumchuk Rapids is about 1 hour away. Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Picnic on the beach and the sandbar out front.

Spend your day watching wildlife on the porch, beachcombing, or visit the many attractions nearby. Cafes, restaurants, artisans, groceries and seafood markets are all just a short drive away. In a quiet neighborhood, a lovely, private, air-conditioned, vaulted-ceiling cabin with glass front overlooking Baynes Sound and the mountains of Vancouver Island. Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES.

Kayaking around Departure Bay is easy as the kayaks are kept just above the high tide mark, grab life jackets and paddles from the yoga room and you’re good to go. Later you can relax in the hot tub. All this 10 minutes from the shops and cafes of Nanaimo.
