City center basement studio – close to everything

This small one-room apartment with open kitchen is ideal choice for two people. It is located in the best place in Pärnu. City centre with its cafes and bars is just here, and sandy beach is a 15-minute walk through nice holiday area. Bus station is 10 minutes walk. A lovely park just behind the building! In the apartment there is well-equipped minikitchen, sofa bed (140 cm), Wi-Fi and desk for working. NB! Bathroom is very tiny and might be uncomfortable to use for bigger people.

The apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, a living room and a tiny extra room with a bunk bed mainly for children, but adults fit too. NB! There is no door for the extra room with bunk bed. The folding sofa bed is best for sleeping alone or for cuddling. One parking space (if free slots available) and a spacious shed are yours to use.
