Valgusküllane ja hubane korter Pärnu rannarajoonis

Täielikult renoveeritud korter Pärnu rannarajoonis koos päikesepoolse rõduga. Elutoas lisab külmal ajal soojust (lisaks õhksoojuspumbale) potiahi. Avaras magamistoas on lai kaheinimese voodi ning lahtikäiv tugitool (nt lapsele). Korter on sobiv mugavaks olemiseks kahele (+laps). Kööginurgas on pliit ja ahi koos mikrolaine ahjuga, suur külmkapp, nõudepesumasin ning kõik vajalik söögi valmistamiseks ja nautimiseks. Vannitoas on pesumasin. Parkimine on meie külalistele tasuta. Peod ei ole lubatud.

Tule ja veeda oma lühipuhkus uues majas, avaras kolmetoalises korteris, vaid 20 meetri kaugusel maalilise Pärnu jõe kaldast. Korter on ideaalne lastega peredele, sellel on suur päikesepoolne rõdu ning väike mänguväljak otse korteri rõdu ees. Samuti on lastel piisavalt ruumi hoovis ringi joosta. Kesklinn on umbes 1 km kaugusel (ca 15 minuti jalutuskäik). Korteri juurde kuulub privaatne parkimiskoht, seega parkimise pärast pole vaja muretseda. Võimalus rentida SUP lauda, et avastada Pärnu jõge!

NB! This is residential building, no parties are allowed! The peace of the night time after 11PM til 7AM strictly! The apartment has stylish, spacious rooms with 4 bedrooms which fits 10 people to sleep. It has a 120m2 balcony with a sauna and BBQ grill. During the warm seasons the balcony is really enjoyable to sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Awesome view to the Pärnu river, walking and sporting tracks close by. Really close to the city-center and Pärnu beach.

The apartment has an open plan lounge and kitchen with the latter coming equipped with all essentials including a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, pots and pans. The flat has free TV, wifi and parking. You will be staying next to the local beach and a natural preserve area. The apartment is a c.10 min drive from the city center.

Historic Carl Ammende summer villa - best location

Luxorious 3-bedroom apartment is located in historic Ammende I Villa (built by Carl Ammende in 1896, also known as Carl Ammende summer villa). It has been wonderful vacation home for our family of 5 and great for hosting friends and relatives. It sleeps up to 8 people and is very spacious. It has the best possible location - 400 meters to the beach and close to several restaurants (our favorite is Supelsaksad!) Feel free to use our 5 bikes. Also includes sauna!

Suure päikesepoolse rõduga avar kahetoaline korter ajaloolises hoones loob erilise meeleolu puhkamiseks. Korter asub kesklinna ja rannarajooni piiril. Südalinn, supelrand, imelised pargid, kohvikud ja Supeluse tänava promenaad on vaid mõneminutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kortermaja on tõeline arhitektuuripärl, maja ümbritseb kinnine aed, mis on ideaalne just lastega peredele. Hoovis on privaatne ja tasuta parkimiskoht! Maja kõrval on tenniseväljakud.

We have 2 bedrooms for 4 people to sleep. In the sunny livingroom, there are two sofas for additional two people. So 6 persons can get bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Best for families and couples. The closest apartment to the beach as you can get! Fifth floor - there's no lift! Great view for sunset.
