Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

The bathroom is warm and big. The stone walls refresh the house the summer and the winter it keeps it warm. Big gardens with tables to use when you relax after the beach. Billy’s house I is an independent and fully equipped 3-bedroom house located in Kampos only a few minutes away from the picturesque village of Alyki.  Among its most valuable strengths is the breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea and the sunset that one can enjoy both from the indoor and the outdoor spaces of the house, as well as the privacy it offers since there are only two independent houses sharing 14000 sq. meters of land.
