You will love our rustic Costa Rican home on a quiet stretch of beach. Two roomy upstairs bedrooms have private full baths. The third has a half bath. Downstairs has open floor plan. Great outdoor covered patios are featured both upstairs and downstairs. The refreshing pool can be enjoyed by all. A separate detached bedroom with double bed, half bath, and airconditioning is available for an extra $20 daily. The caretaker can make arrangements to have someone come in a prepare some meals.

**BEFORE YOU BOOK, PLEASE READ 'Other Details to Note' Our suite consists of ONE SPACIOUS ROOM which contains of a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, and clothing cubbies, a convenient kitchenette with induction stove, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. There is an attached bathroom with a large standing shower, bathroom cabinet with over-counter sink and plenty of space for toiletries. Walk to the beach! Villa Tierra is located right on the border of the beach protected zone, making it one of the closest places you can stay to the beach! Right now we have some construction nearby, so we are offering HUGE discounts. Once in a lifetime chance to get right on the beach without the 500/night price tag! Construction is usually from 8-5 Monday to Friday, so you can enjoy the beach or the area during the day, and then relax after dark listening to nothing but the ocean.
