Walk to town and the beach from our front row location. 6,000 square ft in total, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 2 private beaches directly below the villa. A/C units and King Size Beds in every bedroom, Flat Screen TV's, Free high speed internet Wifi throughout, Top Quality Mattresses with 100% Egyptian cotton sheets for comfort. Gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, 6 burner gas grill adjacent to the kitchen. Easy access for both 2x4 and 4x4 vehicles. Private and Secure with night guard inside a private community. 3 large Pool deck areas for sun bathing and drinks by the pool. Plenty of parking. This is a front row location directly behind the beaches sitting on the mountainside at a elevation of 125 feet above sea level with insane whitewater views up the coast for miles. The jungle bordering the property is teaming with wildlife including white-faced Capuchin monkey's, Howler Monkey's, Toucans, Scarlet Macaws, Iguanas, and hundreds of birds among others. 3 master suites each with their own private bath located on the first floor and 1 special ocean view master suite with private bath located on the second floor. (A lower level 5th bedroom suite can also be rented for additional cost of needed for groups of 10 or more.) We also have a high quality queen size inflatable mattress available if needed. Majestic View is located in the middle of the tropical forest inside a gated community near Uvita and Marino Ballena National Park with beautiful beaches to visit. Nauyaca Waterfalls are also located at only 25 minutes and other great attractions are nearby. Just above beautiful beach with ocean view and jungle setting. Just published in Wall Paper, Dezeen etc etc. We are only 1km from the main road and beach on a steep unpaved road hill, giving you superb ocean view but you need 4x4 car for access. All rooms are A/C
