Head outside to use the charcoal grill, sit on the decks or roast marshmallows over the campfire (firewood can be purchased upon request). The house is located on a 2.5 acre wooded lot with a private "beach" fronting the Maurice River. A large deck surrounds a hot tub in the rear with two fire pits and a Big Green Egg charcoal grill. The house boasts a commercial kitchen and has a Scandinavian Modern style with concrete, black, white and plywood.
