The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

This newly listed and recently converted "hangar to home" is family friendly! Located a short distance to the Millville Motor Sports Track and Field of Dreams Motocross Track which over looks the Millville Airport. There is plenty of off Street Parking. Pull into the driveway from a bustling suburban avenue and the noise of the street fades away as you enter and lay eyes on the tiny house, bordered by the George Perly Bird Sanctuary. You'll be greeted by tall maples, a round veggie garden growing inside of a trampoline enclosure and possibly one, two or maybe three or more deer! The 130 square foot tiny house feels spacious with its high ceiling, skylight, and many windows that welcome in the shifting light of the natural setting.

The duplex is located on an important avenue that connects major highways from New York to Philadelphia & Atlantic City. The downstairs unit is where you’ll be staying.
