NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

"Hygge" is a Danish word meaning a quality of coziness or a feeling of well-being. This unique space used to be a woodworking shop, and has been meticulously redesigned to provide you with a comfortable stay. It's located behind our house in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the highway for easy commuting. We have wifi, a 65" Roku 4K TV, and a fully stocked kitchen! We are also kid and pet friendly and have a yard behind the apartment.
