All of the essentials you need for your stay are provided. It is equipped with A/C that keeps up with the heat, as well as Gas and Power to run everything inside.

NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located within walking distance of two local wineries and five minutes from the golf course. This guest suite is a perfect resting place and mini escape. The bed is very comfortable. The amenities are great with a full kitchen and full bath. It has an outdoor patio with a yard and a gas fire pit. Easily relax in this backyard with a glass of wine sitting by the fire pit.

You’re just five minutes from shopping in two directions and six minutes from the Columbia River at Howard Amon Park. The Tri-Cities are known for their excellent food trucks, and Richland’s scenic riverfront path is perfect for walking or biking. The backyard is shared with the hosts.
