From where it stands is a 10 to 15 minutes walk to another property near the beach which you have access to.

Our Casita is located in a farmland, you can hear birds chirping around with fresh air from the farm. It's near in the market, convenient stores, gasoline station, church and school, it is walking distance from our casita. We are situated in the heart of Hamtic, a 2minutes walk from the highway, we have a free parking space. 5km distance to San jose(capital of antique).8min. drive.
