Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Boathouse By The Bay

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Our modern waterfront home has uninterrupted views over Phegans Bay & Bouddi National Park from every room. You can see all the way to Lion Island & Palm Beach Lighthouse. Just 1hr from the harbour bridge, 7mins to Woy Woy train station & restaurants, 10mins from the freeway. Several amazing beaches are nearby or access Brisbane Waters from the private Jetty. Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

This is a one bedroom freestanding fully self contained private elevated dwelling amongst the giant bamboo, Bangalow palms and bromeliads with lake glimpses and ocean breezes. If you're looking for somewhere out of the ordinary, in an outstanding location just minutes walk to the beach, and a little more special than the rest, you will not be disappointed.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Hawkesbury River Hideout

Located on the Hawkesbury River near Wisemans Ferry we offer a relaxed stay less than 1 hour from the Central Coast and Castle Hill and 10 minutes from Wisemans Ferry. The home has been well considered to ensure the magical river and bushland views are showcased from all areas of the home, inside and out. Enjoy watching the sunset from the comfort of the lounge or from one of the 4 decks. The house has its own jetty and pontoon can easily accommodate boats and is ideal for water skiers.

Ambassador's Retreat: Macmasters Beach House

The Ambassador's Retreat is the ultimate beach house for adults, commanding exceptional ocean views from Macmasters Beach to Copacabana. Watch the sun rise over the beach, go hiking in the Bouddi National Park and then retire by the open fire at The Ambassador's Retreat - a hidden gem just 50 metres from the beach. A stroll from the beach and nestled amongst the trees, our sweet seaside studio is filled with treasures we have collected along the way. The Collectors Studio is a unique, eclectic space designed for couples or solo travellers to have a relaxing few nights away. Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

The Oar By The Bay

The Oar by the Bay is the perfect couples retreat, enjoy the sunset from your private entertaining deck, stroll to the renowned Patonga Boathouse, or enjoy hiking up the Great North Walk to the breathtaking Warrah Lookout. Patonga offers beachside living on one side as well as the quiet waters of the lagoon on the other. This space is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all ages. Well behaved furry babies are welcome 🐾🐾🐾

Waterfront Treehouse on the Hawkesbury River

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire. Perfect in summer or winter. (Sunday check-out is 5pm.)

Bushwalking and water fun

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.
