Entire Condo in Avondale

This centrally-located 2-bedroom condo in the Avondale neighborhood is close to downtown but still quiet. You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience. You’ll love the quiet neighborhood while still having convenient and quick access to downtown and local beaches. Folly Beach is my favorite.

Cozy, Private, Quiet 2 Bedroom Pet Friendly Condo

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. You can walk to the marsh at the end of the street or put in a small boat/kayak at the next street over! This condo is recently renovated but the building is from the 50s so its not flawless. It's simply furnished and the furniture is vintage(ish). It's just a clean, comfy spot surrounded by nature smack dab in the middle of all Charleston has to offer (12min to downtown, 10min to Park Circle, 20-35min to beaches).

Situated on the Main Street in Park Circle you are just steps away from the well known restaurants and breweries that have made this neighborhood the best kept secret in Charleston. The newly built apartment features a vaulted ceiling in the great room with large modern windows and great views of the downtown. Our newly renovated condo is the best location for those wanting to explore all that Charleston has to offer. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There is a spacious porch for you to enjoy a meal and the warm breeze. This is the perfect beach getaway.
