A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.

Unique Ground floor one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in the Mt. Hope Neighborhood on the East Side. Near bus line (r), Easy to Amtrak Train station. One mile from RISD & Brown front gates, Fully furnished with a queen sized bed and dresser as well as a pull-out couch. Kitchen is fully functional and also furnished. Near many great bars, restaurants and stores. We have Chickens on the premises. They make some noise, but aren't intrusive. They sleep when its dark, there is no rooster.

Cozy apartment just a few blocks away from the amazing hope street farmers market and a five minute drive to the iconic east side of providence. In the evening snuggle up in the living room to enjoy your favorite shows on the 50” smart TV. There are two bedrooms, one containing a large desk for any daytime work. The unit is very spacious and centrally located.
