This brand new stone house manages to blend a mix of traditional and neoclassic styles into the perfect vacation "maison".Its open space layout is ideal for families while its size alone makes sure that you will feel spoiled.On a total of 165 m2 there are 2 very spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the top floor and an open plan full kitchen, dining room,living room,office space and bathroom on the ground floor. It is possible to rent it together with a separate cottage for 2 extra people

Συνδιάζει το παραδοσιακό χτισιμο με πετρα με μικρες σύγχρονες πινελιές.Βρισκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού στο χωριό Πλάτανος. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.

La Villa Charlotte se compose d’une belle chambre, d’une salle de bain/wc et d’un coin toilette/wc. Son salon, équipé d’un confortable canapé lit, donne sur de belles terrasses paysagères. Prolongée d’une pergola abritant le coin repas, la villa offre une belle vue mer mais aussi une vue à 180 degrés sur les collines plantées d’oliviers et de cyprès. Eίναι το τρίτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του N e ra d u house και περιβάλλεται από έναν υπεραιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.
