Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. This cute and cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is located on a quarter acre lot fully fenced. We will be excepting longer stays and 2 pets max.There is a $30 pet fee for each pet per stay must be paid before arrival. In the evenings roast marshmallows around the campfire. In Walking distance to town and a very quiet neighborhood. We are 4 minutes from Gem Island sports complex and only 4 minutes the park to play.

Also just minutes away from walking and biking trails along the river. Quiet neighborhood and located off a dead end alley. Kitchen is stocked with basic amenities for cooking, including coffee and tea. Full washer/dryer and wifi on premises.

The Casita. 1 queen bed, & 2 twin beds

Charming and clean it is well prepared with games, books, piano and tv for entertainment, and a large private yard to spread out in. Secluded in peach orchards and yet easy access from the freeway and town. Plus, off-street parking and easy pull through for trailers. Please no pets. That includes Service Animals. While we appreciate pets, the host of this facility is quite allergic to pet dander.
