You'll enjoy the nice quiet neighborhood, close to the country roads of Payson and only 20 minutes from Provo and Sundance ski resort, in this adorable "pond town" called Salem.

Free WiFi, full kitchen, full bath, coffee/tea bar, washer/dryer, TV and air conditioning. Self check in to basement entrance with Smart Lock.

The Provo River Trail takes you from Bridal Veil Falls in Provo Canyon to Utah Lake; Rock Canyon trail is close by or hike the Y mountain. Welcome to this pet-friendly, centrally located 2 bed/2 bath home! Relax and wind down with the twinkling lights in the large backyard. This home is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping but still in a quiet and quaint location. 5 minutes West of I-15, 35 mins to the ski resorts, 25 mins to SLC Airport, 20 mins to downtown, and 15 mins to Lehi! *We welcome Small Dog (sub35lb) $25/night. Greater than 35lb, go ahead and message me. Billed after confirmed booking.

A beautiful, private retreat with a private backyard featuring a large mature tree that stands over 100 ft tall, surrounded by a large deck with seating for gatherings of any size. We welcome Small Dogs (sub 35lb) $50/day. This will be billed separately. IMPORTANT: We do not allow parties at this house. We've had some locals rent this space and be very disruptive to our neighborhood. Please book somewhere else if you're looking to throw a party.

Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly and caring (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house .
