We back up to Tanyard Creek Trail and waterfall which is a popular destination in Bella Vista. You will enjoy custom decor and tons of nature.

Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. Space is on a lower level not the entire house, however the lower level has its own living room, kitchen, laundry room, bedroom, game room, and bathroom! You will enter through the front door of the main house and the stairs to your basement apartment are just a few steps away! We are located in the country, so it is very quiet, filled with deer, and the perfect place for a little getaway. Also, WiFi isn’t the best living in the country- it can be slow:( but are working on it:)

Welcome to Pedal and Perch, a custom-designed and built accessory dwelling cabin just minutes from downtown Bentonville, AR, Walmart HQ, and miles of incredible mountain biking. Enjoy a serene setting that tucks you among the trees and makes you feel like you are staying in your own treehouse. Summit House is a trail-side retreat, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. TheBack40 trail (Summit School) is visible from the front door! Nestled among trees, this getaway affords its guests a bit of extra privacy. The interior is fresh and bright with a large kitchen and dining table, and a sun-kissed master bedroom. The guest bedrooms feature Murphy beds, and one easily doubles as an office. It is furnished with a pneumatic sit/stand desk and a leather high-rise chair.
