Wild orchids in many of the oak trees bloom in early summer.

From the moment you step onto the property, you are met with charm and allure that only canal front residence can offer. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, the canal provides a perfect venue for kayaking, fishing and lounging in our cocktail pool and hot tub. Surrounding sliding glass doors opens up to 3 separate patios.

The Grovehouse 2 story barndo with huge yard

This is a relaxing two story apartment that you will have to yourself. We built this shop in 2019 for our citrus grove caretaking business. The apartment is in one end of the shop. There is room to spread out so bring the family with you. We have a foosball table upstairs and other games. Our place is in a quiet rural area where you can see sandhill cranes, pileated wood peckers and gopher turtles. There is no TV but we do have wifi so come unwind with us!

Quaint Cottage w/access to Peace River canoe/kayak

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.

Lake Access Cottage

Charming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that is a mile away from downtown Lake Placid. We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac with access to Lake Huntley just minutes away by foot. I have a few interior pictures, not all as there is currently a tenant. The rest of the pictures will be available Dec 20. I can share interior pictures of the unit next door if desired. It is the same floor plan just with different finishes.
