Access to the Monsal Trail is just a 10 minutes walk away, and the villages of Litton and Tideswell are also easily accessible by foot.

Once belonged to the Swythamley Hall estate, where they grew fruit and vegetables for the people of the beautiful, impressive hall. Sit with a glass of wine or a cooled beer and take in the breath taking views of the rolling fields, trees, animals and the roaches. Why not take a dip in our natural lake!

Light the Lantern and the Indian Fire Pit with wood collected from the adjacent woodland. Enjoy the warmth from the fire as you watch the stars. Fitted out to the highest quality, featuring a king sized bed, comfy sofa, kitchen, log burner and smart TV, etc. Something quite special, situated in its own secluded area, a few steps away from the magnificent views of Chrome hill and the Dove valley beyond.
