The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

The space features a garden oasis and seasonal, heated saltwater pool—just a short walk from the Old Port and Arts District. Our large, light, 2nd floor studio is airy and modern with a deck overlooking the garden, ocean and sunrise.
