The Bunny Bungalow

Enjoy a relaxing getaway for two in our brand new bungalow. The studio design features everything you need in one convenient living space - a king bed with fresh white cotton bedding and luxe pillows, comfy chairs for enjoying the fireplace and TV, intimate dining area and a stylish kitchen. The bath features a double vanity, tub for two and modern shower. A full size laundry set is tucked near the back door. The back yard features a cedar pergola with hot tub, a seating area and gas BBQ grill.

Our Sweet Escape

Our Sweet Escape is designed with plenty of room and full access to our completely newer, furnished home including comfortable sleeping accommodations (King in Master with TV), a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining area. Also features use of washer and dryer and detergent, and driveway and garage parking (for smaller cars.) Smart TV with SlingTV and WiFi is provided. Located close to Restaurants and Shopping. (This space is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs only.)

The Cozy Modern Farmhouse

This Cozy Modern Farmhouse is a great home away from home 3 bdr/2 bth. It’s a private location south of town, set on a double lot. Located conveniently close to your traveling destinations. If heading to The Carlsbad Caverns we are the closest in that direction 28 miles GNP 38 miles.This is a great stay for family, hikers, cavers,explorers.Within a mile of shopping centers and a Super Walmart, Dollar general,Chili’s, Subway, IHOP, and other local eateries nearby. Lots of Parking and Coffee❤️

Sunset Ranch, acre lot facing open high desert

Sunset Ranch is an acre lot at the far southeast corner of Marathon, TX that backs up to the ranch land facing south that provides unobstructed views of sunrises and sunsets from the 700 sf covered porch. Marathon is a quaint west Texas town with a public park, gardens, restaurants and shopping. It also has a level 1 night sky rating for star gazing. Located 40 minutes from Big Bend National Park entrance, this is a launch point to explore the national park and other parks and communities.

Cielo Grande Casa near golf course, pool and parks

Two bed, one bath home located in established residential neighborhood with a big back yard for enjoying the cool evenings. Home is directly across from Cielo Grande Park Loop walking trail, and near two public golf courses, a new aquatic center, large public parks, and an open space nature area. Everything in the home has been updated within the last five years, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Parking for oversized vehicles is available on site. Well behaved pets welcome.

College View Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Tech Terrace. Enjoy the convenience of this location near Texas Tech and all it has to offer. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.

This lovely newer home on the North side of Carlsbad in the Spring Hollow neighborhood will make you feel at home just as soon as you step in! The owner has personalized this home with peeks into their travels around the world. Enjoy a family dinner in the dining room inspired by Oktober Fest in Germany and then retreat for a pleasant evening in the large family room with touches of an English Pub. The kitchen is fully stocked and a new grill located in backyard oasis.

We are now opening it up to the public and would love to share this hidden treasure with you The Cliff House is like nothing you have ever seen before. This custom adobe towers 50 feet over the Pecos River with breathtaking views of the river, dam, and canyon.
