This awesome little house is just 10 minutes from most of Amarillo. This house is very clean and newly built in 2024. Our guests all agree this is such a relaxing place to stay. The house itself is a small 1 bedroom, with everything you'll need for your stay. Inside the house is very clean and comfortable but outside is my favorite part. Here you'll find some of the best front porch sittin' around and the sunsets are pretty awesome too! You'll have wide open spaces and plenty of privacy.

The owner has personalized this home with peeks into their travels around the world. This central located peaceful house has huge trees so you have plenty of shade! Carport, Short drive to Texas tech. Central Lubbock short drive to UMC and covenant hospital for traveling nurses. Great family friendly home and very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We pride ourself on keeping a clean home! Our beds are super comfy and built for relaxed stays. Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
