Originally built in 1924, this historic building located in downtown Lubbock was used as an auto service station for many years. When you enter this apartment, you will immediately be immersed in the world of Hip Hop. The walls are enhanced with artwork by Texas artist David Grizzle and wall murals by local artist, JME Brock, featuring iconic figures from Hip Hip history. The color palette is bold, masculine, and energetic, with graffiti-style accents that add a street art vibe to the space.
