Private full bathroom, private entrance and patio, and private parking. Children age 16 and over. Quiet clean pets welcome in this room.

My place is located on a picturesque hill with expansive views in every direction but is only 4 miles from Luckenbach and 14 from downtown Fredericksburg. You'll love my place because of the peaceful location, the views, beautiful updated interior, and great porch.
