This custom home was designed to take in the beauty of nature and unwind from daily life. Country contemporary style and beautiful views greet you inside. Enjoy a beverage on the back deck, get cozy by the fireplace, or sleep while gazing at the stars with two skylights above your bed. There is a 200' gravel pathway to the front door.

Welcome to our cozy, light filled bungalow in downtown Llano, TX! This modern space is made special with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, a screened in patio. Enjoy our eclectic book selection, spin our hand selected records, or sit under the 500 year old oak tree. A 2 block walk transports you to the downtown square for shopping, dining, and the beautiful Llano river! Follow us @staylucetx for farm+design inspo! Off Hwy 71 between Austin & Marble Falls the property is close to wineries, breweries/distilleries, boating/fishing & the Hill Country Galleria. Krause Springs, Hamilton Pool, caves & ziplines are close by. Cook dinner in the outdoor kitchen or visit local restaurants. Relax by the pool or enjoy the large hot tub anytime of the year. Bring canoe, kayak, or boat to use from personal dock. Dock is under repair and not in service.
