Country Cottage Escape | Two-Bedroom Rural Retreat

Country Cottage. A tranquil two-bedroom hideaway with indoor–outdoor living. Enjoy sunsets from the deck, birdsong mornings and relaxed cocktail evenings in a private setting. The main house sits discreetly behind the cottage with your privacy maintained. Swimming pool available when not in use by owners, 7 pm close. Just 5 minutes to Rangiora township, 8mins to Kaiapoi river town, and 10 minutes to Pegasus, Woodend and Waikuku beaches. Our area hosts over 28 wonderful cafe's for coffee lovers.

Walking distance to Waikuku beach and the Ashley river . 5 mins to pegasus golf club, supermarket and shops . 8 mins to Rangiora . Located just off SH1 and 30 mins to town center and airport . Lots of parking . Please make sure you happy with location before booking? I supply a full continental breakfast. With brown toast bread. Milk and coffee etc .

Boatshed - very comfortable beach holiday house

Great holiday house by an amazing beach, has everything you need for a perfect holiday or get away. Short easy walk (5 mins) to the beach, local shop, tennis courts (free to use), playground, park and toddler pool everything you need is close by. Waikuku Beach has a surf club that has patrols over the summer. View of the estuary and ocean from upstairs lounge. Private secure property completely fenced with off street parking. WIFI - fibre. Christchurch and airport less than 30 mins away.

Cabbage Tree Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway close to the beach. A 1950's renovated Beach Bach situated in a premium location in Waikuku Beach - its a 5min walk to the beach and the Waikuki reserve with playground and flying fox. Waikuku is a patrolled swimming/surf beach during the summer months, there is an estuary close by with abundant bird life, extensive walking and bike tracks accessible from the house. Supermarket and restaurants located only a short 5 min drive to Pegasus.

Cottage at Woodend

Kick back and relax in this calm, modern cottage. A walking distance from Woodend Beach (2.8km down the Jill Creamer trail) and a short drive to all the conveniences you may need, this quiet and well appointed cottage makes the perfect vacation place. Hosts live on site so are just a phone call away when needed however the cottage is completely private and separated from the main residence. Help yourself to apples and peaches when in season as well as eggs from the free range chickens.

The location, space offers so much for a memorable holiday. Unfortunately this space is not suitable for tradesmen or children.

Just a short 15–20 minute drive from Christchurch Airport, it’s close to the city but feels like a real rural escape. The house has four comfy bedrooms—one with a super king split bed downstairs (which can be made into two singles on request), one king bed, one queen bed, and one king single. There’s plenty of space to spread out and get cosy.

Pounamu Paradise, Pegasus Bay

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to the beach and lake, you can come and spend a day at the beach, go bike riding or simply just chill and watch Netflix. What ever you feel like doing this peaceful haven will recharge your batteries in no time. If you need an airport pick up or hire car please let me know. 1.2km to the beach, 8km drive to Rangiora, 10km to Kaiapoi and 25km to central city Christchurch.

Little Walnut

Why stay in the City? Nestled between the walnut trees is a modern, private space in the country but so close to the city. 15 minutes to/from Christchurch Airport. This is lifestyle block that runs as a little farm. Take a walk and enjoy the countryside. An easy drive to the supermarkets and every takeaway that you can think of! Relax on the covered deck, and absorb the space. Not suitable for infants/children.
