Frida Stone House

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Country House with Swimming Pool

This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a private pool which is nestled into a flower garden. The house is on two floors with the living room on the first and bedroom on the second floor. Pool unavailable Sept 15-30 2023

Simply decorated with rustic nuances, our house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 balconies from where you can enjoy a wonderful view... On the left you can admire the imposing mountains and ahead the Aegean Sea. During spring and summer the smell of orange and lemon blossoms from our garden will spoil your senses...

Das Eckhaus liegt abseits des Örtchens Poulithra, Arkadien, ohne Durchgangsverkehr und ist 60 Meter Fussweg vom wunderschönen Strand der Agios Georgios Bucht entfernt. Jedes Haus verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Die Häuser liegen mitten in der Natur umgeben von alten Olivenbäumen auf einem grossen Grundstück. Die Meersicht ist spektakulär. Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture.
