Welcome to our charming cottage style home nestled in the picturesque town of Pella, Iowa. Whether you are in town for family, Central College events, work or recreation, our newly renovated one story home offers you a calming space to relax and unwind. You will be a short walk from local dining, shopping, historical attractions and more. Enjoy a comfortable home that sleeps up to six and offers two inviting family living spaces. In addition, there's a patio space for dining or simply relaxing.

Hilltop Haven -Nestled in Nature

Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Central Iowa's rolling hills, prairies, and distant forests while staying in our newly constructed barndominium. Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. Cozy up inside by the electric fireplace, enjoy a movie on Roku TV, curl up in the reading nook, utilize the portable desk or get competitive while playing board games. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.

Modern Dutch Bungalow

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Wake up to a cup of coffee while enjoying a beautiful sunrise. After coffee, take a 10 minute walk to the Pella square to enjoy the restaurants, bakeries, retail stores, historical sites, and beautiful tulips in May. Enjoy outdoor games like corn toss and bocce ball in the large backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully maintained to enhance your experience traveling through this quaint Dutch town.
