Whether you are in town for family, Central College events, work or recreation, our newly renovated one story home offers you a calming space to relax and unwind. You will be a short walk from local dining, shopping, historical attractions and more. Enjoy a comfortable home that sleeps up to six and offers two inviting family living spaces. In addition, there's a patio space for dining or simply relaxing.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Wake up to a cup of coffee while enjoying a beautiful sunrise. After coffee, take a 10 minute walk to the Pella square to enjoy the restaurants, bakeries, retail stores, historical sites, and beautiful tulips in May. Enjoy outdoor games like corn toss and bocce ball in the large backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully maintained to enhance your experience traveling through this quaint Dutch town. Perfect for couples, small families, Central College visitors or a cozy Pella getaway, the home blends historic charm with a peaceful retreat.

Leann and I are your hosts and our goal is not only to provide you with a clean and safe environment but also the opportunity to create lasting memories with friends and family. Our home is adjacent to Terrace Hills GC and you will find outdoor deck amenities that you will not find at any other Altoona area daily rental; golf course views, hot tub, and fire pit! Two living spaces, three full baths 4 bedrooms 2 king 2 queen and double twin daybed Laundry room with washer and dryer. Free parking.

Windy Pines offers a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed and large bathroom. The kitchen and living room are great. This clean, comfortable, & uncluttered space is a home away from home! You will be surrounded by beautiful greenery, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. Close to interstate 80 & 35, the Iowa State Fair Grounds, and Downtown Des Moines. WP is attached to our home but with its own separate outside entrance. Please send me any questions.

This thoughtfully designed studio home on Prairie Street is perfect for couples or business travelers seeking comfort and convenience. The home offers a peaceful place to unwind while staying close to shops, dining, and local attractions. The studio sleeps up to four and features a comfortable queen bed and a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. Enjoy a smart TV, full kitchen, and full bathroom—ideal for both short and extended stays. Free driveway parking makes coming and going easy.

Enjoy nature and forget about your worries in this spacious and serene space. You are just a few minutes from downtown Pella; yet can sneak away, take in the stars, relax in peace and quiet all after you have explored the Pella sights. You will have the entire main floor. The basement is NOT included ( it is safely locked off) that may or may not be rented to other guests. If it is, you may share outdoor yard space. You may even see some wildlife in the backyard.
