The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. The Swallows sits on the outskirts of the Traditional hillside village of Megali Mantinea,overlooking the gulf of messinia ,20 minutes from the cosmopolitan centre of Kalamata. It is 4kms from sea,the village boasts several excellent tavernas.Set in a terraced Olive grove,the grounds have been lovingly developed to sit harmoniously with the surroundings,the site is eco friendly. We offer bed and breakfast with homemade jams,jellies and marmalades plus dietary alternatives if advised in advance.

There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

Our bright, colorful, and cozy home is located in the small, traditional, and famous village of Mycenae, right in the heart of the Peloponnese, just a short drive from the picturesque town of Nafplio. Built at the top of the village, it offers stunning views of the mountains and the valley below. Full of sunlight, big balconies, windows, and a lovely fireplace, it’s perfect for a quiet stay. Just a few minutes’ walk from the archaeological site and close to local restaurants and mini markets.

Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.
