This newly built stone house with amazing pool was added by the owners to their existing house, situated in a large olive garden in the beautiful countryside overlooking the Messinian Sea. Blending perfectly with the traditional mani style, tastefully selected furniture and fabrics were used to decorate this special home. Amazing views to the mountains and the sea, completed by a roof top terrace for relaxing sun sets you will find plenty of space and privacy for a perfect holiday experience.

This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

Country House with Swimming Pool

This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a private pool which is nestled into a flower garden. Η Βίλα Κωνσταντίνα ειναι ένα αρχοντικό της σύγχρονης εποχής σε δυναμική ιταλική γραμμή αλλά και διακριτική αριστοκρατική φινέτσα. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 14-16 άτομα. Η θέα του Ναυπλίου, της Θαλασσας, του τεραστιου κήπου και της πισίνας είναι εκπληκτικη!

Villa Irini is a beautiful vacation home with stunning views over the Saronic Gulf and Ancient Epidaurus. Its idyllic guest annexe comfortably accommodates up to 5 people, has its own entrance and private swimming pool. Cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms, free wifi and free laundry service are at your disposal. The beach with crystal clear water is just 350 meters away. The hosts speak English, Spanish and Greek.
