We have Water access to the inlet from the front of the property. You have private access , plenty of parking and have this space to yourself. You have a outdoor bath and fire, plenty of outdoor spaces to unwind, relax & enjoy. Please feel free to bring your well behaved pet. Now featuring Starlink high speed Internet.

The Beach Cabin

Paradise by the Beach. This self contained unit is located in the middle of the idyllic settlement of Waikawa Bay just 10 mins North East of Picton. It has its own bathroom, bedroom and kitchen facilities. Access directly to the beach is just at the end of the driveway and just a short walk will get you to the Waikawa Marina, Restaurant and Bar, or to the endless possibilities of scenic beach side and bush walks. 5 minutes drive will have you at the public Waikawa Bay launching ramp.

Located on the beachfront of Cloudy Bay, Marlborough, we are handy to the wineries, beaches, Blenheim & Picton townships & the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. Our fully self contained private apartment has stunning views, set amongst the rugged yet beautiful coastline and the snow covered mountains to the south. You can see stunning sunrises directly from your lounge and if your lucky dolphins and orcas too! A great place to relax and unwind.

Cabin in unique garden with mountain-to-sea views

Relax in this tranquil getaway. The cabin is a cosy hideaway with armchairs, dining, fridge and microwave. Up the ladder is a mezzanine for sleeping. The second cabin contains the shower and toilet. It spills out onto a landscaped garden with a tree-lined patio looking over Fifeshire Rock and ranges. It's one of the most beautiful spots in Nelson. Steep climb from the road, up steps and boardwalks. We suggest a pack, not a suitcase.

Rest & Relax

Rest and relax in your sunny private riverside studio apartment or explore the close vineyards that surround us and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.

Tirimoana view

This holiday house is located across the road from the sea shore and has a stunning view of the beautiful bay of Tirimoana/Anakiwa in the Queen Charlotte Sound. Close to the start/finish of the Queen Charlotte Track and midway along the Link Pathway for walking and cycling. Nearby to kayaking and cycle hire and guide facilities and swimming beaches. The main house has two bedrooms and a large sleep out room.

Absolute Waterfront Picton Waikawa Bay

Sleep beside the sea in this “can’t get any closer to the water” guest suite. Queen bed plus occasional seating. There are no cooking facilities - tea and coffee included. . The views are sensational of Waikawa Bay .Enjoy the large deck and outside table - great spot for a sunset bevy and taking a swim from. Totally pet friendly. Use of a double kayak and life jackets available to guests.

Tawhitinui is situated on a little peninsula at the end of Elaine Bay Road, with awe-spiring views of Tawhitinui Reach. BBQ your catch on the expansive timber deck surrounded by flora and fauna before enjoying some star gazing or checking out the bioluminescence. Lounge around the infinity pool after a day of fishing, walking, paddle boarding, or relaxing in this tranquil retreat.
