Adorable private cottage on quiet residential loop, near the Saluda River. Relax with your own fenced yard, no stairs to access, and private parking. Enjoy a long weekend escape, quiet work trip, or pop into town for an event! Kitchenette has oven, sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee pot, toaster, and all the dishes, pans, utensils you will need! Pack-n-play available, linens, towels, paper products provided. Smart TV, WiFi, parking. No pets, smoking, vaping, gatherings or events allowed.

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Make a pit-stop at this cozy private upstairs studio apartment, perfect for a fun filled weekend, relaxing vacation, or long-term stay. Enjoy the local nightlife, concerts/events, state parks, lakes, or game day at nearby universities. Bring your motorcycle, boat, bikes, etc. (trailer parking available). Inside are 2 separate entertainment areas, large front porch, & screened porch in back. Take a peaceful walk on our road to see the cows & babies- or enjoy the privacy and woods in back. The covered pavilion is the perfect place for a picnic or making memories around the fire pit. NO SMOKING, PETS or CHILDREN UNDER 3. Available for extended stay.
