New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Accommodation is part of a beautiful Listed Georgian town house in the heart of historic Llandeilo, overlooking the Towy valley and river. Within minutes (walking) of the independent shops and cafes of Llandeilo, the NT Dinefwr Park, (with deer and white cattle), Newton House, and Dinefwr Castle. Relax in your own private hot tub and do some star gazing and then shower in our hot out door shower. Outside you will have your own dining space and fire pit. Relax inside the heated cabin looking out into the trees and do a bit of bird spotting. Cook and dine in a well equipped kitchen and dining area.

Garden Cottage

Garden Cottage is a secluded and idyllic holiday location, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside; it is the perfect place to get away from the hustle-and-bustle of modern day life, a place to relax and enjoy the peace and serenity of the beautiful Welsh countryside. The cottage and its walled garden is seeped with history, being built in 1854, the grounds used to produce fruit, vegetables & cut flowers for the Cawdor Estate.
