Its location means that a short 4 min walk takes you to the center of Hebden Bridge where you'll benefit from all that this bustling Yorkshire town offers. The woodland walks found at each end of the road link on to a network of stunning foot paths.

Carr Cottage is a characterful 19th century mill workers' dwelling situated in the heart of the Pennines in the beautiful Luddenden Valley with a multitude of walks and footpaths. Close to Halifax and its historic Piece Hall or Hebden Bridge with its vibrant arts and crafts scene. We are dog friendly with excellent walks for dogs and their people. Dogs must not be left unattended on the during your stay. Carr Cottage is cycle friendly with classic road or off road routes right rom the doorstep.

Beautiful 17th century cottage, in the heart of the Pennines. Situated in Todmorden, West Yorkshire our beautifully restored cottage built in approximately 1665 and overlooking the vibrant market town of Todmorden and only 5km away from the artisan and beautiful town of Hebden Bridge. It provides an ideal base to explore this beautiful part of Yorkshire including; Howarth, the home of the Brontes, Halifax, including the Piece Hall and Shibden Hall, the home of Anne Lister and the Pennine Way.

After your day exploring, come home and relax in the Mediterranean Garden or enjoy a short stroll to the local pub, offering locally sourced food and beer!

This special place is close to everything, including nearby shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance on the doorstep. It's also close to great walking, with Pendle Hill and Wycollar close by, also Skipton and Bronte Country a short journey away. Ideal for a couple, or singles..Ivy Nest has its own private enclosed courtyard, and is set over three floors.

We offer bike use, numerous country walks and the excellent water comes from an aquifer (no chemical treatment). Centrally located, yet peacefully quiet, just 2 mins walk from the top of the cobbled Main Street with its quirky independent shops, galleries, cafes and pubs. Walk 4 mins to the Bronte Parsonage Museum and 10 mins to ride the steam trains from Haworth station. A few mins walk in the opposite direction takes you to the majestic moors immortalised by Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.
