Rental includes entire upper floor with private entrance along with tv/internet (Netflix only).

Beautiful cottage sitting literally on the water's edge makes you feel like you're staying on a boat (minus the rocking!). Soak up the sun and watch the sun set on the private deck or take a few steps down to the dock and use our kayaks to go visit the seals that hang out on the rocks just down the cove all summer long. The cathedral ceiling great room is all glass facing the water so you can enjoy if it's too cool to sit outside. Only 15 mins to Brunswick and central to everything Harpswell!

This property offers distance water views of Middle Bay, dock/water access, on-site parking, grill, hammock chairs, kitchen with all the amenities, WIFI, washer and dryer combo unit, hardwood floors. The cottage is minutes from great restaurants, breweries, hiking trails, and shopping. The most amazing sunsets will surely bring joy to your stay.

Glorious views of ocean and islands are a short walk away. The area is a destination for swimming and kayaking. Safe hiking and biking, on open country roads, through the pastoral fields of historic Pennellville. Pets of any kind are not permitted. Please do not send inquiries regarding pets.
