Spacious vintage upstairs apartment with hard wood floors, high ceilings and tall windows. Bathroom has a claw foot tub/shower. Full kitchen with all amenities. Laundry and Gym in the same room. Gym has treadmill, stair master and free weights. Huge bar/game room has a pool table and games. Deck overlooks downtown. Large bedrooms with closet/drawer space. It is a vintage building that has old hardwood floors, strange plug ins, antique hardware on doors, and some stairs to climb to get to it.

Pure western Kansas ! Right off highway 24. This rustic home was built in 1900. Vintage reminders throughout this cozy farm style home of a simpler time. A kitchen to please the cook! Feel the seasonal vibes on the front porch morning and evening with rocking chairs! Farm fresh eggs and butter provided in refrigerator! A touch of western lore, located midway between Denver and Kansas City. Carrier mini split heat and AC. Some grocery and local beef 2 blocks away. 3 TV’s, WIFI, Roku.

Excellent small home right in the middle of downtown Hays. Only 2 blocks from FHSU, The Water Park, Restaurants, Bars, and Shops! Our place is great for FHSU parents traveling for Athletics, Alumni, Families and Travelers. Also enjoy Big Creek & an 18 hole disc golf course only a block away! The Space Small and charming 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin style house completely remodeled in 2016. Guest access Entire house. Other Notes Cabin has floor furnace and is not ideal for crawling toddlers.

Smith's Horse Barn

Our little remolded barn is a 100 years old and was used for the horses. We had to choose between tearing it down or totally renovating it. My husband, Laurel did not want the barn destroyed and so the great adventure of restoring a barn began. It has taken 3 years and a lot of very hard work, but we are ready for guests! The Horse Barn has a full kitchen, bathroom, and living room on the main floor. A spiral staircase takes you to the old hay loft which is now the bedroom.

Grandma's House

Grandma's House. Entire house is available; Three bedroom house; 4 Queen size beds. Fully functional kitchen, BBQ grill available as well. House located in the heart of Pheasant Hunting Country! We do allow dogs, but ask they not stay in bedrooms. TV, DVD, WIFI, Roku available. NEW HEATING AND AIR INSTALLED spring 2023 Morland is a sleepy and relaxing little town, there is The Office (bar), and Morland Mercantile.
