A refurbished, 1930s cottage with open plan kitchen & lounge, galleried style bedroom with king bed & en-suite shower. Off road parking & private rear patio. The property is opposite the seafront prom & rocky beach of Penrhyn Bay in a residential area on the edge of town. 12 minutes walk down the prom to Rhos-on-Sea harbour, sandy beach & town centre. 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme. On the North Wales Coastal Walk path. A great base for exploring North Wales, or chilling locally.

victorian period town house....This ground floor self contained apartment retaines many beautiful features. comfortable and homely feel, well equipped throughout. close to all amenities (clifton road is less than 5 minutes to the town centre)..and of course llandudnos famous 1/2 mile pier!. It is also only a short walk to the beautiful victorian tramway which will take you to the top of the Great Orme!... Fab for Snowdonia and the beach!

Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest.
